Start, change, or cancel your Ottoclip plan.

Steps

Here's how to start a paid Ottoclip plan, and how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel it later from your Subscription page. Screenshot
The pricing page lists what each plan includes. Basic and Business both start with a 14-day free trial for new customers. Screenshot
First, create your Ottoclip account. If you already have a free account, upgrade from your Subscription page instead. Screenshot
Next comes checkout, which is handled by Stripe, our payment provider.

Enter your card details. Your 14-day trial starts now, and nothing is charged until it ends. Screenshot
To upgrade later, pick the larger plan on your Subscription page and confirm. A larger plan raises limits like your monthly cloud generations. Screenshot
Downgrading works the same way. Check what the smaller plan leaves out first. Custom subdomains and labeled versions, for example, need Business or Enterprise. Screenshot
Canceling has no fees, and your content stays available until the paid period ends. After that you're on the free plan, where content can't be public. Export any videos you want to keep as MP4 files first. Screenshot
To check a change, look at the top of your Subscription page. It names your current plan and, after you cancel, the date your paid plan ends. Screenshot
